The newest version of Java (7.51) is causing a conflict with Linxworks Manager’s Photo Upload Facility (PUF). Clearing the Java Plug-in cache forces the browser to load the latest versions of web pages and programs. Two steps are required:
1. Clear Java Cache by deleting Temporary Files through the Java Control Panel; and
2. Clear the browser’s Temporary Cached Files and Cookies.
Once complete, open a new browser and photos will upload as expected.
